Program Information
Cooking, in addition to a technical profession, is a real Art. With imagination and creativity leading and discipline playing an important role, chef undertakes the proper functioning of the kitchen, a food unit. Although demanding, the profession of chef is a very well paid profession with constant demand in the labor market.
The KDMB Orizon implements the hands on educational program “Professional Cooking”, with the aim of introducing the trainees to the secrets of professional cooking. The lessons take place in the fully equipped laboratory of IEK Orionis.

The aims of the seminar are to learn cooking techniques and develop culinary skills necessary for the operation of a professional kitchen, so that the trainees are able to successfully cope with professional conditions.
