Barista is the executive who manages, organizes and operates the coffee department, a food business, and undoubtedly is one of the most prosperous professions in our time! Some of the responsibilities of the barista are to: select coffee varieties, ensure the proper operation of the department, ensure the proper operation of the equipment, guide the rest of the staff and mainly prepare coffee and beverages of excellent quality!
The KDVM Orizon implements the hands on seminar “Barista Expert level 1”, aiming to introduce the trainees to the secrets of a demanding but attractive and profitable profession. The courses take place in the fully equipped coffee workshop of IEK Orionis.
