Its responsibilities concern the proper functioning of the production sector of a bakery or bakery, although demanding, the baker's profession certainly compensates those who choose it!
The KDVM Orizon implements the hands on training program “Professional Bakery”, with the aim of introducing trainees to the secrets of professional bakery. The lessons take place in the fully equipped laboratory of IEK Orionis.
